Signature is required for all orders over $1,000 to ensure safe delivery.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you purchased package protection at checkout, please file a claim directly with the protection
provider.
If you did not purchase protection, Elexëria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are
marked as delivered.
